These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Extreme Cleaning Company, LLC, doing business as Busy Bees Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling, booking, or receiving cleaning services from us, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Busy Bees Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and optional add-on services. Services and pricing are outlined at booking. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or hazardous conditions.
2. SCHEDULING & ACCESS
Clients must provide timely access to the premises. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation fees. Pets must be secured.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices are based on the disclosed scope and condition. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. A late charge of $30 plus an additional $5 per day may be added to unpaid balances of more than 3-days. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours. We may re-clean affected areas at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
6. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients must disclose hazards. We may leave unsafe sites with charges applicable.
8. SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
We provide standard supplies unless otherwise agreed.
9. EMPLOYEES & NON-SOLICITATION
Clients agree not to solicit or hire our staff for 12 months following service.
10. PHOTOS & MARKETING
Non-identifiable photos may be used with consent.
11. TERMINATION
We may terminate services for violations, non-payment, or unsafe conditions.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
